Import of Paint- and Quarter-Horses
Between 1990 and 1997 Moni and Georg imported many first class Paint- and Quarter Horses from Canada. For the good cooperation at that time we still thank our friends Werner and Tammy from Woodstock/Ontario. Some of these “horses of the first hour” founded our successful breeding program:
Beau Kay Of Money
Quarter Horse mare *1991, imported in 1994 was for many years the showhorse of Moni’s sister Alexandra, produced 7 first class foals and was a reliable lesson horse for big and small riding students until 2019.
MS Star N Barred
Quarter Horse mare *1991, imported 1996 accompanies Moni since the beginning of SQ Horses. This exceptional mare gave birth to 19 foals. 3 of her fillies here in Stossberg became extremely successful sport horses and some again excellent broodmares. “Star” is a real mare line founder. Reliable – whether successfully used in competition sport, well-behaved nurse mare or popular lesson horse until 2020.
Both mares are still healthy and agile. They spend their “retirement” with our friends Rudi and Sonja and please their daughters Ronja and Madeleine as reliable cuddle and riding horses.
Hesa Tiny Paycheck
Paint Horse stallion *1990-2019, imported 1995, founder stallion of the Paint Horse breeding of SQ Horses! 89 foals, many with top show record and broodmare awards, many top rated foals with futurity awards! The stallion was licensed with premium, PHCG Elite stallion and registered in the PHCG Supreme stallion book. Trained by Moni and shown by Moni and Alex he achieved great success and awards at shows at home and abroad.
